Generally double padding is not recommended due to the water-proof backing preventing urine flowing from one product to the other and it is also not a comfortable option for the wearer - One exception is the use of booster pads which will increase the absorbency of a product.

Please note these products do NOT have a water-proof backing allowing urine to flow through to the main pad below.
